PST will provide guidance and mentorship under the direction of the Sales Leader. We will assist in any departments that are struggling or underperforming in order to exceed sales expectations.

REMOTE SALES TASK FORCE
Remote part-time salesperson support (15 hours per week). PST is the acting salesperson for the business and performs proactive sales for the company.

STRATEGIC SALES TASK FORCE (SSTF)
Mix of onsite and remote full-time salesperson support. PST is the acting salesperson for the business and performs proactive sales activities.
04.
TRAINING
PST will customize and deliver sales and culture training aligned with company messaging for both sales and operations. Training can be provided in both an in-person or virtual setting. Pricing based on scope of training.
05.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & RESEARCH
PST provides a comprehensive market view that includes contact lead generation and proactive sales leads. This allows time for the salesperson to focus on outside selling.
06.
REMOTE SALES MANAGER
A PST manager will work remotely, part-time (8-10 hours per week), to support a salesperson and/or sales team addressing the needs of the company with a targeted approach.
07.
FOCUSED SALES OUTREACH
A dedicated PST representative and team will work part-time on client outreach by handling target accounts or certain vertical markets as requested. (3 hours per week by team, including prospecting and client outreach).

CUSTOM PROGRAMS
PST will develop a custom program and offer a solution that best meets your sales/support needs.
