With a rich background in hospitality, Ed’s journey commenced as a guest, embarking on 25 years of domestic and international travel. This immersive experience exposed him to diverse cultures and customer preferences, nurturing a deep understanding of the business of hospitality. Upon becoming a part of PST, his path converged with sales, a realm he has proudly navigated for 7 years. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, spanning Full Service, Limited Service, and Extended Stay hotels. Through these years, Ed has orchestrated and executed impactful sales strategies and programs, ensuring unparalleled client experiences and fostering lasting relationships within the industry. What do you love about working in hospitality? Engaging with people is the best part of sales. Being able to help people find a home away from home that meets any need. You are able to support and help so many people in times of need and that makes it worthwhile. From a ball team visiting for 2 days to someone on the road working for 90+ days, you can provide the help and service they need. Advice: From my pop, “Don’t tell your mother”. That probably wasn’t great advice, but we got by with what we could and if she did find out, well he shielded me and took the blame.
